There is a very fine spanish site where you can download tracks for all (I guess) the caminos in spain.
The files are in kml format, which you can open in many gps devices and in many smartphone apps. My favorite is GuruMaps app, very user friendly. You can have the tracks in one folder and poi’s in another folder .
I can recomend the app IGN (Mapas de España Básicos) also from the spanish Instituto Geográfico Nacional. The quality of this topografic map is high. Perfect for studying details.
